A to-do list that does the to-dos.

Most apps stop at the list. Assign a to-do to your own agent — it already knows your week — and it does most of the work for you.

What Helm will handle at launch

These are situations Helm is built to handle. Real customer stories are being gathered now.

A vehicle registration about to expire.

Reads the renewal notice you forward, finds the state’s renewal page, and fills in everything it can from what it knows about you.

You sign in, add your licence number and pay — Helm never types a password, an ID or a card number.

A ten-year anniversary trip.

Given a budget and a feel, lays out flights, hotels and restaurants side by side. Once you pick, it fills in each booking and drafts the note asking the hotel for a late checkout.

You approve each booking and pay.

The basement floods while you are on a flight.

Finds 24-hour plumbers near your home, fills in the booking request for the one you choose, and drafts the email asking your neighbour to let them in.

You send it from your seat.

A year of receipts at tax time.

Reads the receipts you forward or attach as PDFs and writes them up as one table — date, vendor, amount, category — ready for your accountant.

You check it and send it on.

Every account, one screen

Each account wears its own colour and shape.

An agent that asks first

Every job shows its size. Nothing is sent until you press send.

The hardest part of a to-do list is choosing.

Each morning Helm hands you the next three to five moves, with a reason for each. When it gets it wrong, that is where it gets interesting. Helm agents are learning from everything, so over time they will get better at helping you plan your day.

Your data stays yours.

No one but you can read what you keep in Helm — your account holds the only key.

Even our agents work with agent-client privilege: whatever you tell them or share with them stays between you and them.
