Background, boilerplate and contact for journalists, podcasters and researchers writing about Helm or Memriq. Everything on this page may be quoted without asking.
What Helm is
Helm is Memriq’s to-do and calendar app.
Work, a side project, home — each with its own calendar and its own list. Helm is yours alone; it gathers all of them so you can do your part without living in five apps.
What Helm does
Every calendar, one screen
Helm puts every calendar you are on and every to-do you have written down on one screen. Link more than one account and each keeps its own colour and shape, so you always know whose it is.
Two-way with Google Calendar
Your Google Calendar events show up in Helm, and a to-do you give a time is written back to your calendar.
Help choosing what is next
Each day, when you open the board or ask for it, Helm reads your list and hands you the next three to five moves, with a reason for each.
An agent that asks first
Put a to-do in the agent column and Helm’s agent breaks it into steps and says which of them it can help with. Nothing runs until you press Approve.
What stays private
Only you hold the key
No one but you can read what you keep in Helm — your account holds the only key.
Agent-client privilege
Even our agents work with agent-client privilege: whatever you tell them or share with them stays between you and them.
Your boards are yours
Your boards are yours. Nobody else who uses Helm can open them unless you share a board with them, and you can stop sharing at any time.
The agent learns for you alone
When you correct Helm's agent, it learns for you alone. What you teach it is never used on anyone else's to-dos.
- Your to-dos and boards are kept in the United States, and everything travels between your device and Helm over a secure connection.
- Helm never receives your Google password.
- You can download or delete the Helm data an account holds, any time, from Settings › Accounts.
Boilerplate

Your boards are yours: nobody else who uses Helm can open them unless you share one, and the agent learns from your corrections for you alone. Helm is a Memriq company.”
